Linda Nutting Cummings

Linda Nutting Cummings is a family law and criminal defense lawyer with more than 20 years of experience. She is highly respected in Massachusetts legal circles and among her loyal clients.

Prior to opening her own law office in 2003, Attorney Cummings worked seven years as an assistant attorney general and in several other state prosecution agencies in Massachusetts. She also served as the lead prosecutor on many high-level organized crime, narcotics and white collar crime cases.

Linda is admitted to both Massachusetts state and federal courts, and is a lecturer and published author on numerous legal topics.

Ellen Beigh

Ellen Beigh has more than 25 years of experience in the legal field as a legal assistant and paralegal. She received a bachelor's degree from Mount Ida College and a paralegal certificate from Bentley College.

Prior to joining the Law Offices of Linda Nutting Cummings in January 2007 as a paralegal, she worked for a prominent family law firm in Boston for 17 years. In addition to her extensive knowledge of family law, she has worked in the fields of real estate and eviction law.

Ellen's responsibilities include researching, drafting correspondence and pleadings, preparing financial statements, organizing and preparing for discovery, contacting clients, and performing general office management. Ellen is a notary public in good standing. She enjoys spending time with her family and is a dedicated and proud Boston sports fan.
